Our Base
Airport Taxis have been the preferred taxi operators at Newcastle International Airport for over 40 years and we have a fleet of 150 cars, which are all hackney carriages, ranging from 4 seater saloons to 8 seater MPV’s. About a quarter of the fleet are wheelchair accessible and the drivers are fully conversant with the operation of ramps and restraints for the safe transportation of wheelchair bound passengers.

Our Drivers
Our drivers are all fully licensed, vetted and approved by their Licensing Authority and the Airport Authority before they are allowed to work from the airport. This is to ensure a safe, professional and friendly service for you our clients.
